- Early morning access provided to both the Couple & the Vendors to setup.
- Private Bridal Suite (600 square feet private furnished building with living room, private bedroom, and bathroom. Vanities for the bride and her bridesmaids.)

- Ceremony Stage and Seating Area
- Cocktail Building (1,976 square feet, indoor open canvas space)
- Reception Building (4,032 square feet, 17ft height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, motorized shades, all under A/C)
- Seven Total Restrooms
- Six Hours of Event Time (No later than 11:00 PM unless additional hours are purchased)
- 2 hours of post-event breakdown/strike time
- Complimentary One Hour for Rehearsal

- All cars are parked on-site in our private parking lot by a professional valet company.
- Full Venue Staff
- One onsite Venue Coordinator & Master of Ceremony (Assistant to the couple & their wedding planner)

- Off-duty police personnel (Subject to availability by MDPD)
