Phase Two

Porte Cochere— Guests will be greeted and attended by professional valet service under this 30-foot, modernistic overhead structure, capable of servicing four large SUVs with the doors open.

Private Parking Lot— Our private parking lot is located onsite and adjacent to the event, allowing the valet attendants to retrieve guests vehicles in a timely manner.

Cocktail Building— You and your guests will enjoy the spacious banquet hall, a perfect setting for conversation over cocktails while guests arrive. The building is cooled by a 10 ton system and surrounded by koi fish.

The Bride’s Suite— This unique building is exclusive to the bride and her bridesmaids and allows for their preparations in complete privacy and luxury. The building features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open common space complete with wardrobe closet and a dedicated three-ton A/C cooling system.

Ceremony Area— Enough space to comfortably accommodate 200 guests with uninterrupted view of the special moment taking place on the heighten stage that features an 88-foot, cascading waterfall filled with exotic koi fish and lush aquascape.

Reception Building— This large reception hall features 17-ft high ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows, surrounded by koi fish and even features a bridge over the water that communicates with the cocktail building. The rear of the building features two handicap accessible bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen for caterers to use for their preparations. Above the kitchen exists an entire second floor for the music DJ and all their audio and video equipment. The building is equipped with a 20 ton cooling system. Caters have private access to the back of the buildings where they are able to transfer items out of sight.
